How is the shipping of heavy hearth products handled?
Most of our fireplaces and stoves are shipped via specialized LTL freight carriers to ensure safety. We provide curbside delivery, and the carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we have a network of certified NFI (National Fireplace Institute) technicians we can recommend. We strongly advise professional installation to ensure local building code compliance and safety.
What is your return policy for large home appliances?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the size and weight of hearth products, a 15% restocking fee may apply and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your gas fireplaces compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane?
Most of our models are manufactured for a specific fuel type, but many include or offer optional liquid propane conversion kits. Please verify the fuel type on the product page before completing your purchase.
What kind of maintenance is required for a wood-burning stove?
Regular maintenance includes removing ash buildup, cleaning the glass with specialized hearth cleaner, and having your chimney inspected and swept by a professional at least once per year to prevent creosote buildup.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The duration varies by brand but typically covers the firebox for a lifetime and electrical components for 1-2 years.
